What are the keychains made from?
Our keychains are made using sublimation, which permanently transfers the design onto a sublimation-ready keychain surface.

What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a printing process where the design is infused into the surface of the keychain rather than sitting on top like a sticker or vinyl. This helps create a smooth, long-lasting finish.

Are the designs printed on both sides?
This depends on the individual design. Please check the product description and photos for details on whether your chosen keychain is single- or double-sided.

Will the design peel or rub off?
Because the design is sublimated into the surface, it won't peel off like vinyl or a sticker. However, with everyday use, some fading or wear may naturally occur over time.

Are the keychains waterproof?
They can handle small amounts of everyday moisture, but we recommend keeping them away from prolonged exposure to water and avoiding soaking them.

How should I clean my keychain?
Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrubbing or soaking the keychain.

Are the keychains durable?
Yes! They're designed for everyday use on your keys, bags or accessories. As with any handmade item, please take care to avoid excessive force, bending or scratching.

Can I use the keychain on my bag?
Absolutely! They make a cute addition to keys, handbags, backpacks, pencil cases and more.

Are the keychains personalised?

Will my keychain look exactly like the photos?
As each keychain is handmade to order, there may be very slight differences between items. Colours can also appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

How will my keychain be packaged?
Your keychain will be carefully packaged to help keep it safe during postage and will be ready to gift when it arrives.

Do you take custom keychain requests?
If you have an idea for a design or would like something personalised that isn't currently listed, feel free to get in touch. I'll always do my best to help where I can! 💗

Our shipping turnaround is 2-3 business days from receipt of order. We offer a 30 day return window on any products that are not custom. Custom Designs will only be accepted for return if the item is faulty/damaged.
