Our bookmarks are made from durable metal, making them a sturdy and long-lasting alternative to traditional paper bookmarks.

Are the bookmarks double-sided?
Our metal bookmarks are one sided. this is due to the sublimation material only being on one side of the bookmark.

What size are the bookmarks?
Our metal bookmarks are approximately 3cm wide and 12cm tall. Please check the individual product listing for the exact measurements.

Are the bookmarks suitable for everyday use?

Will the design scratch or fade?
The designs are made to be long-lasting with normal use. However, as with any printed product, excessive rubbing, scratching or exposure to harsh conditions may affect the finish over time.

How do I clean my bookmark?
Gently wipe your bookmark with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, rough sponges and soaking the bookmark.

Can the bookmark bend?
Although the metal is sturdy, it can bend if excessive force is applied. Please handle it with care and avoid deliberately bending it.

Will the bookmark damage my books?
When used normally, the bookmark is designed to sit between the pages without causing damage. We recommend avoiding forcing the bookmark into a very full book.

Your bookmark will be carefully packaged to help protect it during delivery and ensure it arrives safely and ready to use or gift.

Can I buy bookmarks as part of a gift set?
Some bookmarks may be available alongside matching products. Keep an eye on the shop for matching collections and new designs!

Our shipping turnaround is 2-3 business days from receipt of order. We offer a 30 day return window on any products that are not custom. Custom Designs will only be accepted for return if the item is faulty/damaged.
