Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a link to view your order status. You can use that link at any time to check your latest updates.

Understanding your order status

Processing means we've received your order and are preparing it for dispatch. Processing time is separate from the time your parcel spends in delivery.

Dispatched means your order has been sent. Check your dispatch confirmation email for tracking details.

If your dispatch email includes a Royal Mail tracking number, you can track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail website:

Simply enter the tracking number from your dispatch confirmation email to see the latest delivery updates.
