What are your mugs made from?
Our mugs are high-quality ceramic mugs featuring designs created using the sublimation printing process.

What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a printing process where the design is transferred into the surface of the mug using heat. This creates a smooth, long-lasting design rather than a sticker or vinyl layer sitting on top.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
For the longest-lasting finish, we recommend hand washing your mug. Repeated dishwasher cycles can eventually affect the appearance of the design.

Are the mugs microwave safe?
No, our mugs are not microwave safe.

Will the design peel or come off?
No, the sublimation process embeds the design into the mug's coating, so there is no vinyl or sticker to peel away.

Will the design fade over time?
Sublimated designs are designed to be long-lasting. However, frequent dishwasher use, harsh cleaning products and prolonged exposure to extreme conditions may affect the design over time. Hand washing is recommended to help keep your mug looking its best.

How should I wash my mug?
We recommend gently washing your mug by hand with warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and scrubbing directly over the design.

Are the mugs suitable for hot and cold drinks?
Yes! They're perfect for your favourite hot or cold drinks, whether that's tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juice or something else.

What size are the mugs?
Our standard mugs are 11oz ceramic mugs, unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.

Are the mugs suitable as gifts?
Absolutely! Our mugs make lovely gifts for birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, teachers, friends, family or simply as a little treat for yourself. 💕

Can I order a personalised mug?
Some mug designs can be personalised. Please check the individual listing to see whether personalisation is available. If you have a specific idea, feel free to get in touch and I'll see what I can create!

Will my mug look exactly like the photos?
I do my best to ensure the colours and design are accurately represented in the listing photos. However, colours can vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.

How will my mug be packaged?
Your mug will be carefully packaged to help protect it during delivery. Every order is packed with care to make sure your new mug arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Can I use my mug every day?
Of course! Our mugs are designed for everyday use and are perfect for adding a little extra cuteness to your morning tea or coffee routine. ☕
