What are the mouse mats made from?
Our mouse mats are made with a smooth sublimation-ready neoprene surface, with a non-slip rubber backing, allowing the design to be permanently transferred onto the mat.

What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a printing process where the design is infused into the surface of the mouse mat rather than being applied as a sticker or vinyl. This gives the design a smooth finish without a raised layer.

Are the designs printed directly onto the mouse mat?
Yes! The designs are sublimated directly onto the printable surface, creating a vibrant and seamless finish.

Will the design peel or rub off?
The design won't peel like a sticker or vinyl because it is sublimated into the surface. However, natural fading or wear can occur over time with regular use.

Are the mouse mats suitable for gaming?
Yes! They can be used for everyday computer use, working, studying, browsing and gaming.

Will my mouse work properly on the mouse mat?
The smooth surface is designed to allow your mouse to move comfortably across the mat. As mouse sensors can vary, performance may differ slightly depending on the mouse you use.

How should I clean my mouse mat?
For light marks or spills, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products, abrasive sponges and excessive scrubbing.

Can I put my mouse mat in the washing machine?
We recommend hand cleaning rather than putting your mouse mat in the washing machine, as washing machines and high temperatures may damage the mat or affect the design.

Is the mouse mat waterproof?
The surface can handle small spills and everyday moisture, but we recommend wiping up spills promptly and avoiding soaking or submerging the mouse mat.

Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to different monitors, phones and display settings. As each mouse mat is handmade, there may also be very slight differences between individual pieces.

How big are the mouse mats?
