What are your fridge magnets made from?
Our fridge magnets are made using sublimation-ready material, with a vibrant design transferred onto the surface using heat.

What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a printing process where the design is transferred into the surface of the product using heat. This creates a smooth, long-lasting finish without a sticker or vinyl layer sitting on top.

Are the magnets strong?
The magnets are designed for everyday use on magnetic surfaces such as fridges and magnetic noticeboards. They are best suited for holding lightweight items such as notes, photos and shopping lists.

Can I use the magnets on my fridge?
Yes! They're perfect for adding a little personality to your fridge while also being useful for holding notes, photographs, reminders and more.

Will the design peel or come off?
No. As the design is sublimated into the surface rather than being applied as a sticker, there is no vinyl or sticker layer to peel away.

Will the design fade?
Sublimated designs are designed to be long-lasting with normal use. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat or harsh cleaning products may affect the appearance over time.

How do I clean my fridge magnet?
Gently wipe the magnet with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive sponges, harsh cleaning products and soaking the magnet.

Are the magnets waterproof?
They can handle small amounts of moisture from everyday use, but we recommend keeping them dry and avoiding soaking or submerging them in water.

What size are the magnets?

I do my best to ensure the product photos accurately represent each design. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device.

How will my magnet be packaged?
Your magnet will be carefully packaged to help protect it during delivery and ensure it arrives safely and ready to use or gift.
