Are your cards handmade?
Yes! Each card is lovingly designed and handmade by me in my small business. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with lots of care.

What size are your cards?
Most of my greetings cards are A6 size (105 × 148mm), unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Do the cards come with an envelope?
Yes! All of my greetings cards come with a coordinating envelope, ready to gift or send.

Are the cards blank inside?
Yes, unless the listing specifically says otherwise. This gives you plenty of space to add your own personal message.

Can I send a card directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! You can have your order sent directly to the recipient. Just make sure you enter their delivery address at checkout.

Can I add a personal message to my card?
If the card is personalised or the listing offers a handwritten message option, you can add your message during checkout. Please check the individual product listing for details.

Are your cards suitable for all occasions?
I have cards for lots of different occasions, including birthdays, thank you, Mother's Day, Christmas and more. I'm always adding new designs too!

What are your cards made from?
My cards are made using quality card and carefully selected materials to create cute, unique designs that are made to be treasured.

Will my card look exactly like the photos?
I do my best to make every card match the product photos, but as each one is handmade, there may be very slight variations. Colours can also appear slightly different depending on your screen.

How will my card be packaged?
Your card will be carefully packaged to help keep it safe during delivery. I take extra care when preparing every order so it arrives ready to gift. 💗

Can I order cards in advance?
Of course! Ordering in advance is always recommended for occasions such as birthdays and holidays, especially during busy periods.

How long will my card take to arrive?
Please check the delivery information on the individual product listing for current processing and delivery times. I recommend allowing extra time during busy periods and around UK postal holidays.

Do you take custom card requests?
I may be able to create custom or personalised designs depending on the request. If you have an idea in mind, feel free to get in touch and I'll see what I can do!

Do you sell cards in bundles?
Some designs may be available as bundles or sets. Keep an eye on the shop for new card collections and multipacks.
